Quinta da Coutada
This property was formerly the enclosure of the Paço de Giela, which belonged to the Viscounts of Vila Nova de Cerveira and Marquises of Ponte de Lima, and overlooks it. The house, with stairs leading to the entrance courtyard, was built at the end of the 18th century and is surrounded by small gardens, orchards and vegetable gardens, fields and a small wood with a remarkable group of ruby beech trees, at slightly elevated levels in relation to the River Vez. The property extends along the left bank of the river, accompanied by an extensive forested path.
